Lake Windermere 02/08/2008 (Britains Largest Lake)

Today I will be attempting to swim 10.5 miles across lake Windermere which is Britain's largest lake. My Brother "John" and coach "Mark" will be canoeing along side me for the duration, and dad will be supporting from the vehicle along route. We will be staying at the YHA in Ambleside and i'm starting to get nervous. Windermere is a cold water swim, much colder than the channel so keep those fingers crossed.
